
Plantable Paper
Plantable paper is embedded with a wildflower seed mixture that will grow nearly anywhere. This 100% biodegradable handmade plantable paper is made in Lincoln, Nebraska by Porridge Papers. It is made from 100% recycled fibers and includes at least 30% post-consumer waste and never contains chemicals or additives that are harmful to you or the environment. The seeds embedded in the plantable paper are chosen based on size, printability and ease of germination.
Moisten the paper and plant just under some moist soil (1/8″ thick) in a sunny spot. Keep moist and water regularly until seeds germinate and your flowers begin to sprout. Seed mixture embedded in the plantable paper includes a variety of black-eyed susan, shirley poppy, spurred snapdragon, mexican hat, evening primrose, white yarrow and sweet alyssum. The seeds need 4 hours of direct sunlight a day and grows to about 3′.
