All payments on Ruff House Art website are processed using Paypal, the global leader in online payments. Payments for custom orders will be arranged prior to the start of the project by the customer and Ruff House Art. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay another way.

All items will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on the product. Shipping costs are noted on each product in my Etsy Shop. International shipping is also available, with the cost of that being listed in my Etsy Shop as well. All non-custom items will be shipped within 2-3 days of being ordered. Delivery expectations for custom orders will be discussed prior to the start of the project.

I am committed to your privacy and will not distribute your personal information to third parties. Information collected will solely be used by Ruff House Art.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please return it for a full refund. This does not apply to custom orders. Proofs are signed off on before production of custom items to eliminate unsatisfactory results. All custom order sales are final once shipped.
