Policies

Payment

All payments on Ruff House Art website are processed using secure credit card processing or via paypal. Payment in full is required before any order or product is shipped. Payments for custom orders will be arranged prior to the start of the project by the customer and Ruff House Art. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay another way.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on the product. Shipping costs are noted when checking out. All retail items will be shipped within 2-4 days of being ordered. Delivery expectations for custom orders will be discussed prior to the start of the project.

Privacy

I am committed to your privacy and will not distribute your personal information to third parties. Information collected will solely be used by Ruff House Art.

Returns

We accept returns withing 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is not provided by Ruff House Art. Once we receive your undamaged returned item, we will refund the cost of the item, less shipping to the card or paypal account that you purchased the item with. We do not accept returns or refunds on wedding invitations.
